The brief
With a simple brief, I was asked to create a success story about how the product enabled the client save costs while boosting results. Becoming familiar with Twitter’s suite of products, I elicited the required information to build compelling stories that highlighted the key ‘What’, ‘Why’ and ‘How’s’ of the story.

Key contributions
- Clearly grasp and surface the most salient points of the consumer journey and how Twitter can help the clients achieve their goals
- Analyse materials provided to structure each story with one key objective: to sell Twitter’s ad services
- Worked closely with the Twitter team to produce and publish 15+ case studies
